A woman was shot dead and her boyfriend was wounded by a gunman who reportedly protested the way the couple told their dog to defecate while walking in Denver on Wednesday.
The victims – identified in reports as Isabella Thallas, 21, and Diane Simon – were walking close to Coors Field when the 36-year-old suspect, Michael Claus, quarreled with them from inside his apartment, Denver Post mentioned.
According to a statement of possible cause obtained by the newspaper, “The suspect entered an argument with the victims regarding the victims who asked the dog to defecate.”
